The office is in an older converted brick building with mill construction featuring wood beams, columns, and floor joists with hardwood throughout. It is located in the heart of Downtown Toronto in the King-Spadina area and also called the “Fashion District” filled with a mix of historic commercial and industrial properties. We are also minutes away from fashionable Queen West, Old Chinatown, Kensington Market, the CN Tower, and the Skydome.
Note: Maud Street is a short two-way street running between Richmond Street W. and Adelaide St.
From the Airport — Follow the signs and take Highway 427 South towards Toronto. This will lead you to the Gardiner Expressway.
- Exit the Gardiner Expressway at Spadina Avenue.
- Go north on Spadina Avenue.
- Turn left at King St. W.
- Turn right at Portland
- Turn right at Adelaide (one way street)
- Turn left onto Maud St. and arrive at destination on left
- Street parking is available on the north side of Adelaide St. just east of Maud St.. It is $1.50 per hour with a 2 hour limit during office hours.
- Muncipal parking (”Green P”) is available about a block north of the office at Queen St. W. and Augusta Ave. (behind the KFC)
Closest Subway Stop:
OSGOODE on Yonge-University-Spadina Line (Opera House): From there take the Queen St. streetcar west to Spadina and walk the rest of the way.
