If you’ve been directed here by one of our friendly geeks to download the remote access client, please click on the version that you need below:

- For Windows
- For Mac OS X (Intel)

Instructions

  • After you download the app, please click on it to start it and click on the Share tab.
  • An Access Code will be generated. Please make note of this and give it to our technician over the phone or chat.
  • Click on Connect to start your session.
  • When the technical receives your connection request, click YES to share control of the computer.
