About

Passion. Experience. Diligence.

History

After years of working in accounting and finance for large firms, Daniel Ho founded Matrix Meridian when he saw an unmet need for expertise at the intersection of business and information technology. This revelation led Daniel to start a small one-person consulting firm.

As time went on, the projects became more significant. So, the firm partnered with the best in the field and brought more talent and expertise in-house to build a multi-disciplinary consulting firm.

Today, Matrix Meridian Corporation is a thriving boutique business and management consultancy based in downtown Toronto. The firm provides advisory services to some of the most innovative and respected retail, financial, manufacturing, non-profit, and education clients worldwide.

Managing Director (Extension 256)

Daniel Ho

With decades of experience in finance, management consulting, and information technology, Daniel oversees the operations of Matrix Meridian Corporation. He also leads the Strategy and Operations and IT Advisory practice groups.

In his spare time, Daniel serves on the board of several local charities. He enjoys long-distance cycling and spending time in the outdoors with family & friends…that's when he's not relaxing by geeking out on one of his arcane interests.

Although he eats mostly a healthy diet, Daniel's kryptonite is fried chicken!

John Tuyen

John focuses on the various facets of the business that revolve around technology and digital media. He leads the group on systems architecture, implementation of technical solutions and ongoing client support.

Director of People and change (extension 258)

Sarah Lefave

Sarah knows that an organization thrives when its people thrive.

With her extensive academic background and corporate experience in executing people strategy, Sarah creates the link between business and people. She leads the firm's People and Change practice and helps organizations realize the potential of its people and develop its culture.

Sarah has an insatiable curiosity. When she’s not designing and executing impactful people solutions, you will find her hanging out with her kids, trail running, reading 3-10 books at a time, and writing on social change and activism.

Due to her love for the Wiggles, Sarah has had to suspend her Ph.D. candidacy temporarily.

Operations Manager (extension 221)

Kelly Boer

Kelly's background in medical sciences makes her a valuable part of the team for her quick analysis of a situation and her detail oriented manner. She is in charge of all the machinations of the firm from being "the fixer" for our staff to managing client accounts.

Kelly has no quirks that she'd admit...

Despite his loud bark, Newton has no bite!
